Relaxation or Swedish Massage

A traditional massage with long flowing strokes that warms muscle tissue, increases circulation and releases stress by bringing the body into balance.

Sports Massage

This is designed to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity; typically given right before or after an athletic event.

Deep Tissue Massage

A therapeutic massage approach that addresses deeper layers of the muscle to
relax, lengthen, and release holding patterns. Appropriate for chronic pain and injury recovery. Not recommended for first-time massage clients.

Specialty Massage Pure Focus Massage

Scalp, Hand or Foot Massage A stimulating and de-stressing massage designed to increase circulation and relieve stress. With the use of reflexology to find pressure points a foot massage can help in all areas of your body.
